Event Specialist

We're seeking awesome and energetic event specialists for Alfresco Photo! This job will entail delivery, setup and operating photo booth equipment at various events. MUST BE FULLY AVAILABLE to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday), week days are sometimes needed and would be a plus!

We specialize in the rental of customized photo booths to fit any event. We provide photo booths for corporate events, weddings, galas, and many other types of events. Our company is growing rapidly and we're looking to develop a team of responsible, creative, intelligent, and friendly individuals. You must love people, parties, selfies, dressing up, traveling, and eating great food! 

Responsibilities

● Attend trainings and meetings.
● Maintain perfect attendance and timeliness. Because of the nature of our business, perfect attendance is a must! We do not tolerate late/no shows. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T BE PUNCTUAL.
● Driving to the venue and return the equipment back.
● Protect the equipment.
● Be courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. 
● Transport, set up, break down photo booth.
● Create a fun atmosphere and encourage guests to have a great time in the photo booth.
● Assist guests with signing and assembling guest book.
● Keep photo booth clean and neat before and during the event.
● Dress according to company's policy.

Requirements

● Must have basic computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
● Problem solver and can perform under pressure well. Technical issues arise occasionally.
● Must be friendly, energetic and fun. Must like people!
● Experience in the events industry or photography (extra point if you provide your Instagram!)
● Must be super organized. 
● Must be able to lift without assistance (50-75 lbs+/-). Attendants will load photo booth in and out of the vehicle and event venue. Our cases have wheels but sometimes you might do some minor lifting. 
● Must have driver license/clean driving record, full insurance on their vehicle and reliable transportation.
● Must be at least 21 years or older.
